Risks

Any investment carries a risk that investors will not receive an expected return, or that they will lose at least some of the money they invest. In assessing whether to invest in the Fund prospective investors must be aware:

  • As it is not a retail fund, the Fund is not required to have an independent Supervisor and neither is it offered under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 that apply to regulated offers of financial product.

  • The value of investments will fluctuate, and values can rise and fall quickly, particularly over the short term, and this may occur for a number of reasons. The investment may produce a return that is less than anticipated.

  • The Fund has a limited track record. Any performance it does achieve is not a guarantee of performance in the future.

  • Your investment in the Fund is not guaranteed and, as such, you may get back less money than you invest.

  • It is recommended that you speak to an appropriately qualified financial professional before making any investment decision.
